Kate Fantinel - Lady Liberty Australia, is a gun rights activist, independent journalist and experienced political campaigner from Western Australia.

Now residing in Texas, Lady Liberty Australia is leading the challenge against Western Australia’s gun laws through her grassroots Legal Action campaign and political advocacy: supported ONLY by the people, FOR the people.

She has worked as a gun rights lobbyist and media spokesperson for the Sporting Shooters’ Association of Australia; advisor to Australia’s only libertarian Senator, David Leyonhjelm, along with other State parliamentarians; and ran for political office herself as the lead Senate candidate and leader of the Western Australian Liberal Democratic Party in 2022.

Lady Liberty Australia was born into the shooting and hunting community in Outback South Australia, learning the skills, traditions and culture from her father. Seeing firsthand the effects Australia’s gun law changes in 1996 had on her community, she has pursued firearms freedom in Australia as a solo activist since 2023.
