Following ongoing pressure, the Western Australian Parliament commenced a public inquiry into the Firearms Act 2024 in May, 2025.
Lady Liberty Australia - Kate Fantinel, authored a submission on behalf of the Legal Action campaign, and as an independent gun rights activist representing more than 30,000 people.
Despite requests to both publish the submission AND to present, the Western Australian Parliament has both NOT published the submission AND ignored requests to speak.
